  Took forever to get food, some of the order was wrong and fries and chili was cold. My daughter ordered a salad and they didn't bring the dressing she ordered out with, had to ask three times for it and it still took over twenty minutes to get it. Had to remake a burger because they made one if ours wrong and after waiting fifteen minutes or so we asked manager about it and she said she forgot about it. However she did take if off ticket for waiting so long. Waitress never came around to fill our drinks so we ran out.
  What I can't understand is that the place wasn't even crowded. There was no excuse for the long wait on food and the slow service. All In all it was a terrible experience. Will not go there again

  Started off we ordered sweet tea, there was none. We waited on our drinks for 15minutes. When our waiter brought our food out I had mayo on my burger so I had to send it back and when it came back it was sloppy. I ordered my daughter chicken fingers, her sauce was never brought out. The waiter we had kept getting very annoyed with us. For the price of our meal we could have had something a lot better!That was my last time going.

  This Steak n Shake was the worst. It was not crowded and we waited for an extensive period of time and when our food came out, they had substituted ingredients on the burgers. Another table of customers were there for 30 minutes before they ever got their drinks! I DO NOT suggest this establishment.
